At Massage Envy I have experienced great service.
Nicole was really good but I front desk was a bit up tight. She ask if I also had a tip or would like to leave one because it wasn't included. I was throwback by that give me a chance to tell you what I'm trying to do!!!!!
I was boughten a gift card and this place let someone else use it without the card...and now i am stuck with a bill!! They need to make it right..this is BAD BUSINESS!!
Lori was AMAZING!!! I had been having some serious pain in my buttocks n hip area. So bad I thought it was sciatica pain. I walked in there in pain 10 out of 10. I was in tears that morning when I woke up. I walked out with 3 out of 10 pain.
Showed up to find out my therapist didn't come to work that day. That's twice in a month that happened to me! Front desk seemed uncaring and I just left. Twice in a month ?? What am I even paying for ?? Not happy.
Nicole is amazing especially when it comes to facials! My face feels so fresh and my skin always looks amazing for the month. Thanks Nicole!!
My shoulder and neck just got the massage of its life. My husband and I just had a couples massage and I finally have relief in my shoulder and neck. My masseuse was very attentive to my knots and made sure pressure was always to my desire. I feel very relaxed and loose.
I liked the service when I lived nearby, but ever since I moved they have been nothing but a problem. When I tried to suspend my account, they kept charging me. When I reached my minimum and they TOLD ME that I had successfully cancelled, they kept charging me. In short, great for a single visit, but DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP! I will be calling during business hours to try to get my money back.
