Terrible customer service. Leilani, manager forced me to pay back charges, when Massage Envy never contacted me about the back charges. So, I had to pay up, like a ransom, in order to keep my previous credits. Poor service Massage Envy! Can't wait to use my credits, cancel, and NEVER get a Massage Envy account again. Two thumbs down!!
Horrible experience. Although the massage therapists are good the front desk customer service is the worst ever. I have requested a manager call me over a dozen times in the past three months and still nothing. I even requested it in person last time and was assured I would get a call that day. That was last week. appointments get cancelled last minute then when you reschedule it doesn’t make it to the computer. So you take off work and rearrange your schedule and then have no appointment. Laurice was my therapist and she’s been great/excellent.I used to have shoulder pain and tight joints and muscles she took good care of me.Receptionist are very good in reminding appointments.
nice atmosphere, friendly desk, great massage, well trained staff. they get to the problem . I always feel soooooo much better. Yasko is doing a great job😁😍
