I really enjoyed going to Massage Envy. Everyone is so helpful and makes sure that you have a wonderful experience. Anthony was wonderful. I haven't had a massage in a number of years and he was very attentive always checking to make sure that I was fine. I am now a proud member of Massage Envy and am thoroughly looking forward to future massages and facials!
Facial was great! Massage was great too but the therapist didn't massage my scalp like most do.. that's the only reason I won't give it a 5 star..
Very, very disappointed. For Christmas, I bought my husband & myself a couples massage. I called ASAP to make the appointment (RIGHT after Christmas) and they had to ask all my information.. BUT DIDN'T ASK FOR A PHONE NUMBER. I didn't think anything of it until we walked into our 6 p.m appointment tonight & they claim they tried to call me "yesterday" (a number from yearssss ago) & that the massage therapist for my husband didn't show up tonight..? Mind you it is very hard to book an appointment much less the couples room.. ... read more
Yes I have had a hard time getting an appointment on occasion. However, most of the time it was because I waited too late. Now I book in advance. I put it on my calendar at least a month in advance. I only have 2 massage therapists that I use so I ask if they are available on the days I want. They are the best! And since I book in advance I get points that add up to a free massage or other service that I would like.
I have been a member for years and not once have i had a problem. Staff and my PT rocks! I look forward to going once a month. Dont forget they offer facials now
Must have called at a good time, got in same day with no issue. Everyone was very nice at check in and Holly was excellent! I will definitely be back! <3 :)
Massage was great except she didn't rub my head at end like most therapists. Apparently you have to ask for it...
