The massage was great but do NOT buy the monthly package. If you miss several months you can only transfer to another once a month and it is a 10 fee. The sign says if you go for the monthly program it will be 65 dollars I am paying 70. I have over 30 massages on file and I can not cancel because I will lose them. I am stuck by their policies. Tara is amazing. Great hands and personality. Very attentive to my needs and adjusts pressures as necessary.
Massage envy has cancelled 2 massage appts but is still auto billing me 65$ Not customer friendly ! Many people are financially strapped they are cancelling and billing for services their not giving !

A couple years ago my boss got me a gift card to this place for Appreciation day and told me this place was wonderful and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place got a membership and been going every since, cant forget how wonderful and nice the staff are!!!🥰

Excellent customer service. The combination of a 30 minute stretch and a 60 minute deep tissue massage is ideal. I highly recommend Brandon Massage Envy. Fern gives excellent deep tissue massages. ❤
I was gifted a much needed massage and it was heavenly. The staff are incredibly friendly and the masseuse was great. I loved it so much, I signed up for a membership before I left. Affordable service and definitely worth every penny!
