I have had a Massage Envy account for multiple years! They claim they had a glitch in their system and that I haven't paid my Feb payment, yet I'm paid up in full. So because of YOUR computer problem, I can't book my appt. .....Because there isn't a manager on duty right now, I have to wait until tomorrow?!?! Unacceptable Massage Envy. I'm in management and never would any of my clients/customers have to wait. I would tell my girls to call me immediately. I guess those days of proper management are gone..

I had a great massage yesterday! So relaxing and so renewing...Khadijah is awesome! I can only make it on Saturdays because her schedule books fast but I love her! I’ve had others and they were good too but I usually prefer to see the same person when I come. Scheduling is a breeze and they great you as soon as you walk in. I recommend them all the time. Great job guys!

Andrew is awesome. Times I may not get in on time and I still get my full hour in. Though sometimes painful (due to tightness, ect) I still leave there feeling 150% better then when I first came in.

I loved it !! It was my first time and I didnt Know what to expect but I was completely comfortable and I feel like my body is healed some how. I work outside and Mj totally focused on the area that was the most tense !! I feel great and will definitely be back sometime soon -thanks
I always enjoy my massages, most times I fall asleep. Only drawback is appointments book fast for the weekends. I usually book a month in advance to get the appointment I want.
