I don't think clients should have to take off there shoes at the front especially when therapists are wearing there outside shoes in the room. Also wasn't too happy when the girl at the front refused to print off a paper copy of my receipt and never asked for my benefits card. Plus her English was really poor and she was hard to understand. Fix your printer so the option of a papercopy is possible. And to come back for another 60 min massage and pay $120 because your not a member. Who made up that rule? I won't be back!

An excellent massage very thorough and therapeutic
I made it clear I was 35 weeks pregnant in my intake forms prior to my appointment . I have no issues and have been massaged all over the world, pregnant and not. I only made my appointment here and not at one of my regular places because it was a next day appointment . Upon my arrival into the massage room I seen a bunch of pillows making it clear they dont have a prenatal pillow.
