Paul is incredible! Professional, knowledgable, capable. The place is clean and calm. Reception is friendly and helpful with insurance questions. Good price for mindful treatment and care.
Booking is clearly an issue. You book online and call - having an apt for 8 pm. When you get there (being out of province as well, and she acknowledged that you were from out of province - so clearly your info was there) you start filling out paper work to only find they booked someone else into that time slot. Very unprofessional. You have everything done and show up with plenty of time and don’t even tell you the different until the other client shows up! 0/10 would not recommend. Prob should have checked the reviews first... read more
