Had me come for the surgery was ready to go. Made up an excuse because one hour before I had 2 sips of water even though directions on email said that was OK. Pushed surgery back 2 hours, I agreed to take a nap. Surgeon then came in to tell me they didn't have the staff to do the surgery . Had my whole life moved around for this , took work off for a week, had help for my kids etc . Will not book with them again through the surgical center in Winchester. I have the email with directions if im able to post it i will!
I have called this location multiple times, left 3 requests to call me back, left voicemails to this and other locations and haven’t heard back in Over two weeks. My ear situation is not getting better and I’m struggling to find a decent doctor here mainly because no one is picking up the phone. Impossible to get through. If you don’t have appointments or do not take new patients, just say it in your email, website or voicemail. Don’t tell people you will call them back and never do. Waiting days to hear back from scheduling office. Is not acceptable. And still waiting.
Dr. Gallivan is one of a kind. I recently had surgery on my nose and was extremely anxious about the whole process. Dr. Gallivan and her team made everything so smooth! They are great professionals and even better human beings. Highly recommend!
If I could give this provider a zero, I would. I saw Holly Galivan in the pandemic,2021. Based on the excellent reviews, and a referral from my Dr, I made the appointment. I am in the medical field and knew that as soon as she started chastising me for not getting the Covid vaccine and then throwing her MASTERS in public health condescendingly at me, that I knew this visit was an absolute bust.
