It is an honor to work for this great hospital since 2008. After the first month in united state of America.
Extremely clean and neat. Everyone was so nice and professional that we spoke with. The nurses were really top shelf. I can see why it is rated so high on the list.

I still waiting from 8:00am for an stress test. It is almost 11:00 o'clock. Ah, no eating or drinking before the test since lsst midnight. Wonderful! Socks!
Dr. Zarins is hands down awesome. I have 2 working knees thanks to him. When it comes to genetics you fall short. You have no doctors according to your genetics clinic that deal with Ehlers Danlos and neurological issues. You seem to not be interested in working with patients on making plans of care of working with outside doctors (Maine Med).
I am proud of Massachusetts General Hospital and happy to live nearby. I was thinking I would never walk again without having pains on my spine and legs because of neck herniation which I suffered since 2007. In August 2013 thanks to great surgeon Mr Jean Valery Coumans and passed away donor who gave me bone, my neck herniation, pinching spinal cord and nerves at 3 points has definitely gone after the surgery lasted 5.5 hours. Nurses also were uncredible. Word "thanks" is not enough to describe my appreciation. Many many man... read more
Good services and high standard facility and high outcome
Mass General saved my life and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The Blake 7 Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) nurses were simply amazing. The doctors were very diligent and attentive to my cues and needs. I can't say enough. But I will give you an example of how caring the nurses are: So I have bad anxiety issues and I couldn't take medicine for it because it was affecting my heart rhythm. So when I was very anxious the nurses would come into my room and sit with me while playing a few of my favorite songs. A... read more
I graduated with my R.N. in 1956 !!! It was the best hospital way back then. As a new graduate I was privileged to to take care of Mass. General's first ever open heart surgery post op. Also the third. I just had my two knees replaced by an orthopedic doctor who did his residency at Mass. General and Harvard. (Nov. & July). Great outcome and absolutely the BEST doctor.
