My daughter recently had a stay at the PICU. Every single person was absolutely wonderful!! I would like to mention that Mellissa and Cheryl were the best of the best!!
AWESOME Transplant team!!!!!! They treat you with care and respect and explain everything so that you actually understand it. Definitely worth the time and trip.
The ultrasound dept was wonderful. On time and professional. Dr Ross saw me earlier than my appt and as always professional and knowledgeable. Then the LAB. one and a half hour wait. No apologies no explanations then lab tech took me in, didn't introduce himself, drew blood and pointed to the door. Awful experience.
MGH Doctors the best in the world ! But the staff needs some serious customer service skills ! Not all, but after yesterday's experience with my dad I am left so disappointed with the way the " front end " staff treated my dad !
I highly recommend Dr. Albright and also Dr. Kim in Orthopedics at MA General.
Very friendly, some more communication should be given regarding Ll3 elevator not working until 6:45am.
