Dr. Ott , his team and the nursing staff (especially Andrea McCarthy) in the thoracic unit were fantastic. My mom is in very good hands!
This being my first adult hospital that admitted me ( I've gone to children's since I was a baby) gave me a bad experience. I had a very stressful, plainly, & sleepless stay here.

Dr Bhatt, cardiologist is outstanding. Her full staff from registration through all nurses I encountered were outstanding. Five full stars ! Traffic, alternatively, was 1/2 star. It was a zoo getting to and from, especially the drive home. Public transportation may be best in the future as the medical care is top notch.
My experience there has been excellent so far..I go there to see s specialist for my heart...my cardiologist there is Dr. Amy Brath. She is just the most beautiful and sweetest person I have met...she see me yearly...and is very concern about me..I even see her and her staff at Worcester too...I went there sick. And now I have and been feeling better..I thanks all of them and the hospital for making me feel better...the food and room are great...the nurses are so caring...never seen anything like that...they are on you all t... read more
Thank you so much to the Oral Surgery clinic for fitting me in and performing an emergency extraction! I was in so much pain and they were really accommodating and respectful. I'm already feeling better!
