RecommendedWe arrived in Boston on 7/24/19 at the start of a long planned, and much needed, vacation. Little did we know that we’d be in an ambulance with my husband very ill less than five hours later. Everyone at MGH has been wonderful, especially the team on 11 Bigelow! Hoping to finally get discharged today and enjoy a couple of days here before heading home.
this is seriously one of the most amazing hospitals that I have ever been in the care that my daughter is receiving there is amazing the staff is helpful I couldn't ask for a better place for her to be
Except blood lab wang 2. Give u number call u up just put ur name in make u sit back again and wait. Wait like heard of animals. Ridiculous. Should had done my clinic never had blood here never Again. EVER!!!!!!!

Massachusetts General is one of the greatest hospitals. If not the greatest in Massachusetts. 2 doctors checked my mother's leg out. the doctors nurses and aides were so hospitable. the place was absolutely spotless. bathroom's were clean and shining. earlier today we went to Melrose Wakefield hospital. it was a disaster dirty! All nurse practitioners students they scared the hell outta my mother. bruised her up. That's why we took her to Massachusetts General. So she could have a little peace of mind. I literally just dont understand how they can leave someone in the waiting room who is having a legitimate MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!!!! I will not post on facebook my personal issues but you people need to get your priorities straight!!!! then when asking how much longer or how many people are in front of you, you are met with attitude and told "if you dont like it you can leave" !!!!! REALLY!!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE I WOULD TRUST ME ON THAT ONE!!!!
