when you go to the emergency room it like takes hours one time I was there for about 7 hours or so for a sprained ankle no I'm here for a slice in my arm couple stitches and an x-ray for my bone on my forearm and it is 507 I believe I've been here since 4 will see I will get back to you so yeah I recommend a little faster service Maybe lot of workers and nurses and doctors and staff you know walking around the stuff but I don't know very slow pace for me
MGH has saved my life as well as David’s life him more than once.
My daughters on one of the units every time I called they hang up on me never bring your kid there. Very Unprofessional doctors and staff. Mind you she’s 4 months old and alone. They won’t give the mother an update on what’s going on at all

it's a long way from home but the personnel make the place so good.
MGH has saved many family members from Cancers to major infections. Can't say enough for the caring staff and facilities.
Drs and Nurses were great! I'm just very impatient waiting to be seen and waiting for results. Lol!
Although, most visits are very efficient. Today’s appointment to the echocardiogram office in the Yawkey building was a disorganized joke. They apparently lost my wife’s appointment, right after she checked in.waited over a hour to have her test. I considered filing a complaint with the patient advocate, but found out the hard way, that’s a big mistake.
