Their provider just up and leaves and your child has no way of continuing care or medications. Run for the hills from this place.
Feeling totally abandoned waste of time and money. Paid a hefty copay to be told "sorry I am unable to help" While I do somewhat get it on the other hand isn't this the last place I should turn to for help? I just don't even know where else to go from here. Good luck to you and be very up front about services and what is needed. The NP I spoke with mentioned "she wished she had known why I needed her...isn't it her due diligence to know why her next patient is being seen?
