My dad is new to home health and the Masonicare staff has been wonderful. Nursing, PT and OT were all knowledgeable and professional, my questions were answered, and my concerns about my dad's health were addressed timely.
Don’t fill out their online questionnaire. They call the police on you for reaching out for help. I wish I read all the awful reviews in their other areas, before I inquired.
