I think your service is great and your willingness to address concerns the community has is fantastic. Your education at your last committee meeting was on point and your shared frustration with your purchased rates is a great insight for the community.Perhaps it is worth looking at having vacation rental owners pay more for monthly service usage since they are already paying reduced county taxes? Residents do not have the disposable income that surrounding counties have apparently.

The prices are insane and they just keep going up there rude when you call and pretty much can charge whatever they want cause you have no choice but to pay or they shut off your power.
Lost power in Dewatto tried to call but PUD3 had system problems could not process call. I messaged PUD3 about Power outage and 5 min later I get a message back about 1100 of us are without power due to tree down in Maggie Lake crews are on way. I was impressed. Thank you so much God bless
Great customer service, bills are reasonable, wish more lines were cleared during good weather so you didn't have to be out in bad weather cleaning up dangerous trees.
Today my husband and I had a flat tire in Mason County and an amazing PUD 3 guy stopped and helped us Thank you Tim Shields!
