Notifying people of a scheduled outage would be nice. Instead impolite employees tell you they don't do that. Jerks!

we moved to Belfair from East Bremerton & are always so pleasantly surprised at how responsive PUD 3 is, how hard they work, how nice they are and how quickly we always get our power restored. So grateful!

Awful experience, very unfriendly customer service. Came home to my power having been shut off, no notice, no call just shut off power with 3 kids in the house, the youngest being 6 months old. This with only a 200 balance and payments being made, super frustrating. Having been with the company for 5 years and never having a problem like this, in order to get the power turned back on they tacked on 500 in fees and required payment in full before turning the power back on, which after having a child and going from a 2 income ... read more

We are very thankful and love pud3 for their fast response and great customer service. Our power went out and they showed up to fix it before we even called them. Poor squirrel took the wrong path and popped our transformer. Also thanks again for their hard work durn snowmaggedon. Thank you PUD3!!

Truck was on our street cleaning another tree and my husband flagged them down. Advised them of dangerous tree and they are cutting and cleaning the branches as we speak. Kudos to the 2 of them.
