I have severe dementia and health issues. Forgot to pay my bill for 2 months. They came and turned it off on Labor Day without knocking on the door. To turn it back on required an $800 deposit and $100 penalty for after "hours" service. Way to treat the sick and the poor. I pray you never have to be this person.
Power is ok but bills are beginning to eat into the fixed retirement income. Still reading the PURPA regs and papers. Three years of records regarding any difference between hiring policy and hiring practice at Mason.
Why has my bill doubled when I use a pellet stove exclusively for heat? I can't afford to pay these bills we are seniors on social security.
It's probably not fair, but PUD3 are pricing me out of my house, the worse part?? I have gas heat. My bills the last couple month are just mind boggling..
