I have severe dementia and health issues. Forgot to pay my bill for 2 months. They came and turned it off on Labor Day without knocking on the door. To turn it back on required an $800 deposit and $100 penalty for after "hours" service. Way to treat the sick and the poor. I pray you never have to be this person.

Why has my bill doubled when I use a pellet stove exclusively for heat? I can't afford to pay these bills we are seniors on social security.
It's probably not fair, but PUD3 are pricing me out of my house, the worse part?? I have gas heat. My bills the last couple month are just mind boggling..
