Management tries to cover up the constant car AND apartment burglaries. It's odd to see a multi million dollar complex like this with 0 security cameras. If you value your safety and belongings, look elsewhere.
I have lived at this property for over 5 years. Within the last few months, we have changed management companies, and I have a plethora of issues since this transition. Our previous property manager Reagan was an angel. The current management lacks professionalism. I've had several issues with my air-conditioning unit over the last few months and have been VERY patient with the whole process of getting it repaired. It took over a month to get a new AC unit.
