They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I have been a patient of Dr. Mason for over 15 years! He is awsome!

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
