Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever.

This was my first visit and my last to this physician. I went because I've recently moved to the area and needed a Dr, I asked Dr Mason if I needed to sign a release so he could get my old records and he wasn't interested. I also needed a refill on the only medicine I take that is prescription, a sleeping pill I take a couple of times a week, and he didn't want to fill it, he wanted my OB Dr to do it. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
