This place is horrible. Took my laptop there a month ago only to have to go get it, and take it somewhere else to get fixed. Every time I called, he would just say he hadn't had a chance to look at it, and say he would call back in a couple of days, which he never did. I don't think he ever once looked at it. The other place I took it to had it fixed in 2 days
Jordan fixed my computer. Fast, friendly, reasonable and convenient. Highly recommend them.
So happy to find these guys! Took my laptop in today to repair a key on the keyboard. Quickly and perfectly fixed for a reasonable cost. Chatted with them about my old laptop that had crashed, and I will be dropping that off to them in the next week or so to pull the hard drive. Much better than dealing with the Geek Squad!
Jordan took my computer 5 years ago and never returned it supposed to fix it and had more excuses than anybody I wouldn't recommend them for nothing I lost a bunch of valuable information
It's hard to find somebody to trust to do the work and do it well. Mason Computer Repair does so at a fair price.
