Terrible experience with this site's service dept. Frustrating, lack of communication, no more. Not sure they realize what GM corporate expects of them. Seem to do as little as possible. After mentioning my experience with a retired friend who shuttles cars for Pritchards, he said that even the sales staff won't allow the service dept to work on their personal cars. They go elsewhere... 😫
Blake is very professional, humorous, patient and very knowledgeable. He is such a pleasure to work with.
They are very accommodating in the service center. They picked up my car for me because I work six days a week and don’t get time to bring it in then they bring it back when they are finished. Great service and they check everything out to make sure it is ready to go and if anything is wrong then give me a call. Thank you for servicing my car.Doesn’t look clean to me.
