Espectacular… buen trabajo
Natalie was absolutely amazing! I came in with a broken chain, and what I thought would be a hassle turned out to be an incredibly quick and easy fix. She repaired it on the spot in just a few minutes and, to my surprise, didn’t even charge me for it! Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend coming here—the staff is super friendly, and I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs.
Best custom jewelry adjustment! The store is sweet with lots of jewels and beads to look at and marvel. Went in for a custom sizing and fixing of a magnificent ring that was wrong in so many ways; too big, irritating, dangling, etc. They made it perfect and found a black rhodium plating business to make it black again (difficult to find). Overall super crafted & attentive custom jewelry repair/ sizing. Love when i find a small business like this in the neighborhood!
