We would like to give our sales person, Scott Gorski 5 STARS! He did an excellent job and even went above and beyond by doing a task that the finance department should have handled. 1 star is being given due to the terrible experience we encountered with Tammy from their finance department. She's completely unprofessional and has no follow through with her job.

My first review was a positive one but after I bought two Maserati I am forced to change my rating to 1 star or less if it was possible. You would aspect a great customer service from a company that represent such an important brand and also considering the fact that I am a returning customer but that didn't happen! They wasted my time with false informations with a behavior that belongs to a small used car dealer and NOT to Maserati. Worst service ever. No one will call you back, takes 3 weeks to get car in.
I want to thank Maserati of San Diego, especially Tami Caroll sales/finance manager, for helping us plan my mothers big surprise. Everything went great as planned! Even though we live over 100 miles away It was definitely worth the drive to purchase a new Maserati. Thank you Tami for making the purchase such an easy and fast process.
Owned car for not even a year and in shop 5 times at least for air conditioning related issues Still not working Lemon law ?
Not what I was expecting from This brand Paying a very high payment and really in the end of the day very simple car no spacial features at all not recommending this car at all!!!
Dane Silvestri is the best! If you are shopping your Maserati elsewhere in Southern California, you are simply wasting your time. I will definitely go back again for our second Maserati and refer to anybody who are interested.
