Went in today to inquire about a well deserved Christmas gift to myself. Not one employee acknowledged me. NOT ONE! I came in through the service entrance and stood around. Car shopping is, normally, a very stressful experience for most of us but I have to say that I have never felt so comfortable inside of a dealership. Although we primarily worked with Jalal, both him and Michael were both extremely friendly and professional - what stood out was the level of honesty throughout the whole buying process. I noticed their parts department has improved by a lot, before I couldn't get a hold of anybody, it feels good to not be on hold for 20min or so.
