The service department is a complete joke and does not know how to communicate at all!!!

This is our second car from Maserati of Newport Beach and the service was excellent. Allan Germain knew exactly that one car which we really wanted and was very honest with the pricing. Glad that i bought that car without taking much time as two other buyers came to me and said "We had an eye on this car from last one week and we came to the dealership to buy this particular car"
Don’t trust these people specially their sales manager Jeffery , they will screw your some how .

I'm loving every minute of driving it! The service there is impeccable! They even kept the dealership open after hours so I can get there after a busy day of work and a couple of hours in traffic!
