waited a long time before I made this review, I gave the dealership 5 months to get my brand new car fixed and its a lemon very disappointed
I had a GREAT & very efficient buying experience with Frankie & Mike. We negotiated the price over the phone, there were no games, and I was in/out of the dealership in less than an hour when picking up the car. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a very good experience with the service department. They recommended unnecessary work, their costs were almost twice the price of the Anaheim dealership, and I’ve been getting the runaround 1. I called the Dealer and a young man Frankie spoke to me.. IBroke down exactly what I was trying to achieve with 2 trade ins.He brought his manager Mike to speak with me. we worked 95% of the deal on the phone . I then went to the dealer somewhat expecting things to change as in most car deals..Mike the manager was strait up everything went pleasantly and me and my wife left in our new masarati. I was treated in professional manner Frankie Mike and Tim were all great.. It was a pleasant experience..
