I had a GREAT & very efficient buying experience with Frankie & Mike. We negotiated the price over the phone, there were no games, and I was in/out of the dealership in less than an hour when picking up the car. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a very good experience with the service department. They recommended unnecessary work, their costs were almost twice the price of the Anaheim dealership, and I’ve been getting the runaround 1.
