I've been trying to get ahold of someone here for a month. I left multiple messages and talked to the receptionist who didn't understand why no one has contacted me back.
Impossible to get a hold of. It takes weeks to get ahold of someone.
Very nice staff. Had an issue with the taillight on the Ghibli and they went above and beyond to file for a warranty on the repair. Unfortunately corporate would not cover it but the staff was very professional and pleasant.
