My experience at Napleton Maserati started off well but quickly went downhill. Brandon was initially responsive, and Nate, the salesperson who sold me the car, promised that issues I noticed during the test drive would be fixed right away and that the car would be picked up the next day with a loaner provided. Cannot say enough about the car buying Experience here . Mark, the sales manager, Brandon, the sales person and Drew the Finance officer were exceptional. I hate buying a car because of the process. This is my third Maserati wish I would’ve bought the two previous ones from here. Flew to Indianapolis from Richmond, Virginia because of the pricing and the upfront experience nothing added on that it was not needed or wanted especially thanks to Mark the sales manager Will be back if ever needed another one.
