This is the worst company when it comes to customer service. I did not work with this location. They rip you off, and ignore you after the deal. They were very dismissive and treated me less than as a black woman purchasing a car. I left feeling like the color of my skin and the size of my wallet had a lot to do with the way I was treated. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!! I have 2 Maseratis and their service is beyond pathetic. There support at corporate is worse. The cars are beautiful and joy to drive, but prone to problems and when that occurs, get your wallet out and try to find somebody that tells you the truth or even cares - from dealership to corporate. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Maserati North America. On May 30th, I communicated with a representative named Thomas about the replacement of my Maserati Quattroporte SQ4 dashboard, which took over a year to complete. This level of service is utterly unacceptable, particularly for a vehicle that costs over $140K. Thomas's tone and demeanor were unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. You pay over 100k for vehicles that constantly have issues and corporate does not stand behind their product. DONT BUY A MASERATI is my best advice.
