Unprofessional and crappy product. Rep had an attitude and hung up on me when I was explaining to her the crappy dashboard material that they are putting in these cars. My car is 2k miles out of warranty and they won't replace the shrinking leather on the dashboard. This is an ongoing common issue with their vehicles and they still put this cheap leather in these supposedly nicer vehicles. Mercedes would NEVER! if I could, I would give zero stars this is been the biggest disappointment of a purchase I’ve ever made my vehicle locks my children in the car and has a defect where the keys lock themselves if you shut the door and your key happens to be in the vehicle still. I had my car in the shop for over a month and no one knows how to fix this problem and Maserati continues to try to manipulate the situation acting as if it’s operating as normal.
