I had an extremely disappointing experience with Maserati North America. On May 30th, I communicated with a representative named Thomas about the replacement of my Maserati Quattroporte SQ4 dashboard, which took over a year to complete. This level of service is utterly unacceptable, particularly for a vehicle that costs over $140K. Thomas's tone and demeanor were unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. You pay over 100k for vehicles that constantly have issues and corporate does not stand behind their product. DONT BUY A MASERATI is my best advice.

Unprofessional and crappy product. Rep had an attitude and hung up on me when I was explaining to her the crappy dashboard material that they are putting in these cars. My car is 2k miles out of warranty and they won't replace the shrinking leather on the dashboard. This is an ongoing common issue with their vehicles and they still put this cheap leather in these supposedly nicer vehicles. Mercedes would NEVER! Then get a quote and they are saying the entire dash has to be replaced because of the leather shrinking. So they w... read more
