Zeigler Maserati of Grandville always does great service on my cars. They always work quickly and provide a loaner car that they bring right to your home. Top of the line customer service Never had better customer service than in their service department. Cam, the head of Maserati Service Center, is exceptional! When a fuel pump in my F Tributo went bad and had to be ordered from Italy,Cam made sure to keep me posted on where it was located , and the estimated date of arrival. Cam from service department is great and technicians are very experienced and skilled. They are able to quickly diagonose and provide solution to my Levante. Great people and nice cars.
Fantastic service. Not local for me but when I have needed a major service they have helped. Recently they programmed a new key for me at a fraction of the price of the Troy dealership. Primary mechanic has been there forever and is a car enthusiast. Guy that runs the service department is top notch. Have purchased parts from them when I’ve needed something quickly. Highly recommend!
