Worst purchase experience of my life. Stay far far far away from this dealership. They will lie to you to earn your business, gate keep you from getting the help you need and tell you that YOU are the problem for your car having something wrong with it. Where is the Sales rep that sold me the car that has all these problems no one will help me with you ask? I had an amazing experience at Maserati of Englewood Cliffs! The service was top-notch, and I can’t say enough great things about Anfernee, my service advisor. He was incredibly thorough, helpful, and made sure every detail was taken care of. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with the service on my vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and see Anfernee you’ll be in the best hands!
