I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this Maserati dealership. I leased my car for 36,000 miles over three years, and I trusted them to handle the process fairly. However, I discovered that they committed fraud by altering my contract without my permission. They signed it on my behalf and submitted it to the bank, which is completely unacceptable. I Am leasing a Maserati from Champion Maserati, and has to take my car for its first service /oil change and was shocked that they did not even wash the car as other high end dealers always do a courtesy wash, let alone I had to wait 2.5 hours for my car with no loaner, every other car I have purchased or leased they offer a loaner even.... acura, tesla, mercedes, landrover all do so ....
