I Am leasing a Maserati from Champion Maserati, and has to take my car for its first service /oil change and was shocked that they did not even wash the car as other high end dealers always do a courtesy wash, let alone I had to wait 2.5 hours for my car with no loaner, every other car I have purchased or leased they offer a loaner even.... acura, tesla, mercedes, landrover all do so .... Terrible service and attitude in this dealership. I was interested in one of the Quattroporte, thus they have called me and we discuss on the price on the phone call, they said the price is negotiable and ask me to come. Since it is very far away from my house, I double-check if they are willing to negotiate before I actually go there. However, after I arrived and spent time chatting and test-driving the car, they were not willing to negotiate and insulted me and kicked me out of the office.
