Horrible experience. I took my daughter's brand new junior bridesmaid dress in because it was wrinkled. When I picked it up it had a huge dark spot right in the middle of it that wasn't there before. I took it back and showed them. I was told they had to wait for the owner to look at it the next day. I get a call from the owner, Angie, who goes straight into blaming ME for it.
