Went to the unlimited brunch yesterday for a friend's birthday and had a blast! We got seated way too long after we were supposed to, and had some problems with dishes taking a long time, but they kept the drinks flowing and were good about checking in often to see if we wanted to order more. The bulgogi fried rice was AMAZING but I would skip the sushi next time - way too dry and bland. Would definitely go back!
We had a large party that night and MASA 14 really went all out to make us feel welcome. As usual, the food is great. Thanks Ivan!
Decided to go here after seeing it on a few lists of being a good place to check out in the DC area. Went upstairs so we could sit outside and have a few drinks...after being completely ignored by the bartender for 20 minutes- mind you this was a week day night and there were probably only 15 people there, we decided to head downstairs and sit at the bar. Waiting another 10 minutes for one of the two bartenders there to approach us we ordered 2 drinks and 2 shots. They came over and asked us the name of the shot about 3 time... read more
We did the Chef's surprise - they choose 6 small plates, with input into what we liked/didnt like. Each plate was so flavoful. Soon and I really enjoyed the food, the service and the ambiance. Will go back.
