I was given a great explanation on how my teeth were going to be removed and what procedure that would be followed. All my questions were answered with no problems and in detail. Overall my experience was great.
Went to Dr. Cohen for a procedure. A good doctor and “fairly” cordial. However the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Beware: If you use your credit card at Maryland Oral Surgery Associates in Silver Spring watch your credit card account closely. A few hours after using my credit card at the aforementioned location, I received a call from my bank...was informed that someone tried to make fraudulent purchases on my credit card account. My experience overall was great, successful surgery and recovery thanks to Dr.Robinson, I appreciate her for making my experience comfortable and easy.
Every step of the way I felt very open to asking questions and was confident in receiving a truthful answer. My operation went smoothly without complications. In the follow-up I felt confident to ask questions and if needed felt comfortable to contact at a later time with any concerns that I may have. Wonderful place! -Also very tech savvy, that's a plus!
Very happy with doctor and service and most of all the results
At first i didn't trust her, but after the process and the things she told me and what i was suppose to do, I felt a lot better and more comfortable after everything was done.
I had my wisdom teeth extracted with this organization and loved the service. They were efficient and worked well with me. They also were very responsive to all of my concerns and consistently made sure that I was comfortable.
