My experience with Dr. Cohen was very positive she was very good at explaining my treatment plan and lessening any anxiety I had about the procedure.
For what I would consider to be a rather unpleasant procedure, Dr. Cohen and her medical assistant, made manageable! Dr. Cohen is very professional and skilled. From the first consult to the procedure itself, I had a great experience. The staff is very thorough and professional, patient and compassionate. Dr. Robinson was great! She was really nice and talked me through everything that was going on in ways that i could understand. She also just made sure that I was comfortable before, during and after my procedure. She was awesome!
Dr. Cohen's chair side manor is Amazing! She listens to what my wishes are & is gentle. Explains what she needs to do in order to achieve the goal. I am very pleased with her care of myself & my son!
As someone with dental anxiety I was daunted by the prospect of having my wisdom teeth extracted, but Dr. Robinson and the staff at MOSA alleviated my anxiety with their expertise, the cleanliness of the office, and their confidence in my ability to handle the surgery.
