I hate visiting doctors' offices. The quality of care and service is usually poor, but Dr. Cohen's office and her team are incredible beyond words. The building and office are CLEAN! The front desk staff are professional and polite. I've never had an issue with billing or paperwork, which has been efficient in my experience. The wait time is never more than 5 or 10 minutes.
