I needed an extraction, and the dental surgeon I'd used for decades retired. Dr. Cohen took my dental discount program and had super reviews here on Healthgrades. She was all that and better. Scheduling was quick and efficient with just a slight glitch before arrival that was quickly ironed out. Messaging and reminders before the appointment were plentiful (if just a bit redundant). I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Cohen. I had previously had two bad experiences with other oral surgeries but Dr. Cohen has renewed my faith in the profession. She was a great listener, personable, and professional throughout. She explained everything to me during the procedure and put me at ease. The procedure was easy to schedule and went by quickly. Her staff was also great. I highly recommend her to everyone.
This doctor was yelling at a staff member in the hallway about another patient while I was getting prepped for mouth surgery. It seemed really unprofessional to me that he would be so loud and discussing someone else's personal matters nearby. It was very awkward and uncomfortable in an otherwise professional, low-key office. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but I would not recommend.

Dr. Jones and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommended. They take care of people and very professinal.
I was super nervous about getting my impacted wisdom teeth out but Dr. Jones was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He made sure I was comfort and his staff helped calmed me down during the procedure. If you have serious anxiety about dental procedures, I highly recommend Dr. Jones.

I had surgery for one implant. It was a smooth process from the reception to the surgical suite. Very efficient practice with warm and helpful staff including the surgeon. Dr Cohen explains things well and is highly skilled. If I need oral surgery again I will choose this Silver Spring office of MOSA. Thanks to everyone there.
