They really deserve a zero, but that’s not an option🧐. Synopsis: Had a scheduled appointment and arrived .30 minutes prior to the appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. After driving 2 hours one way & missing a day of work to adhere to the appointment, I waited patiently for 3 hours and was yet to be called.
