I sent nearly a dozen emails to the office leading up to my appointment and received quick, helpful replies to each. Since I barely know how to use a smartphone (old guy here), I had a bit of trouble setting up the telemedicine conference, but they walked me through it patiently and professionally. I have a lot of doctors, and I wish more of them were like Dr. Wah. He is a specialist's specialist, but also warm, obviously concerned, a good listener, and very, very helpful and accomodating. I have been a patient for 2 years. Dr Wah has been very attentive to to my issues. He doesn't just ask questions he listens to concerns and responds in a very clear way. I highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of care.
