On Tuesday I had the unfortunate just pleasure I've seen Dr Hartzell and her PA. I was clear that I was having surgery on Thursday. They did an EKG on me and specifically told me my heart looked good. Then told an anesthesiologist that they would not sign off on my surgery that I have been waiting 9 years for. I would never ever consider going to this doctor. Her ability to communicate with other doctors and her staff is obviously poor and as such patience gets substandard service.
