I was calling for a specialist referral and this patient coordinator answered the phone like this” Why you keep calling and calling me! I normally say to the patient to leave a voicemail then I will get back to you but you are just calling calling calling! I hung up the phone and she called back. She said did you just hung up on me??? I was like yes you are very rude. This is not how you do customer service. She is the worse doctor I ever seen, she doesn't know how to talk and explain medical problems to the patients. she was so rude and aggressive.
She is a good doctor but some of her employees are rude, but regardless of that I rank her 5 star *****
Can't even make an appointment to come see her. Her office staff avoids phone calls and just puts you on hold perpetually. They gave me the run-around about insurance. I haven't even made it into the office and I want to change PCP's. This doesn't sound like they have your health in mind at all.
Dr Maryam Rahnemun is strong work ethic, Knowledgeable, humility, compassion , respectful Emphatic , so considerate & best attention. All of the receptionist in her Clinic always are friendly , Helpful & try accommodate your needs , I’m very satisfied with my treatment and find the attention received by everyone at her clinic of a high standard . Dr Maryam Rahnemoun is one of the best Dr that I have ever had in my life . She is so professional , knowledgable , best diagnostic , compassionate , Awesome caring , cordial, sweet & friendly . All of my family are grateful for such a excellent doctor until the rest of our life . God bless her
The office was filthy; staff was rude and Doctor was argumentative. She called me a liar about not getting a mammogram. When I was proven right, there was not apology.
Never respond /return the phone calls, terrible services, very rude staff special the reception is super rude and doesn't understand her job. and the Dr. is old enough and doesn't know what is going on in her office.
