I love and recommend Stafford Hospital to anyone in the area, but today the staff went over and beyond my expectations. Today Ssgt Stewart's procession went directly in front of the hospital, prompting many citizens to park there and line the streets with support. The procession was delayed for quite a while, no one was leaving, we all knew it was important to be there. Staff brought waters by the case and kept passing them out to everyone. This hospital sucks doesn't deserve a star .. to many misdiagnoses... nurses in the back like to goof off to much they also try to keep you as long as they can so they can charge insurance lots of money and last but not forgotten God help you if you dont have health insurance they Will push you off to the side and treat you like crap you dont get a room...
This is the worst hospital ever! I've been here going on 4 hours with really no one here and have been in triage for 2 hours. I will never come back here again. There rude disrespectful & very slow.
My husband has been in since Monday and we have had the best care from the staff in the ER to the staff on the 5th floor. PA Josh in the ER was thorough, professional and kind. Our ER nurse Erin was absolutely phenomenal. Once we got to the floor the staff was just as professional and courteous. Ashley, Susan, Kelsey, Rosemary, Cherrie, Grace, and Missy, just to name few, took care of us both. He couldn't have had better care.
