The receptionist were so ghetto. Why am I listening to your debates with your baby daddy???
As a case manager, I have to be a liason between my client and many facilities. It was my outmost displeasure having to deal with this facility. Apparently it takes a week to be able to obtain a simple referral. Oh, and if you call multiple times, they have caller ID so they dont bother to pick up. I guess it's better that I go through it and not my client, but I feel for the people that do not have that type of representation.
