Highly recommend Mary and Clair Pope-Handy! I had a condo that was pretty tough to sell—I actually tried a year ago and ended frustrated. Omg… I called her to help us find some future investment property, and she kind of attacked me. I haven’t spoken to any realtor in 13 years since we bought our last house in 2012. Back then, realtors were very nice and professional. This time, she was super rude and dismissive, which really surprised me. Her attitude made me seriously consider reaching out to a different realtor instead, as I don’t want to deal with that kind of negativity.
