Are you seriously sending these dogs into homes with "GOOD FAITH " that the new owners will continue vetting them and get them spayed or neutered.... ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?! With so many unwanted animals in the world how could you send a dog home not being spayed or neutered?!?!?! THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST RIDICULOUS THINGS I'VE EVER HEARD OF! The department should offer free spay/neuter or voucher to adopters to assure it gets done better yet get the Texas A&M vet team to do spay/neuter clinic BEFORE adopting out. It's not right we are helping in trying to control the killing at pounds and irresponsible pet owners and you all are not supporting this dire issue down here
These dogs that they want to adopt out legally belong to rescues. A lot of them are chipped to rescues. How can you legally give a dog away to someone else knowing it is an owned dog and the owners want their dogs back. This department is no better than a common thief!!!!!!
