I had an extremely horrible experience with Mary Minor a few years ago. She was the property manager of my house and did not make sure things were taken care of while I was overseas. I constantly received tickets for the grass being out of control, etc ... and when I asked how often she goes by to check on my house, she stated “maybe once every 3 mths” (yet she was taking Money monthly). Can't say enough good things about Mary's professionalism and gift of excellence. She's a huge proponent of education and is always looking for ways to better her brokerage.

My experience with Mary and her office has been exceptional. She knows the Austin market well and is attentive to the needs of residential buyers and investors. Mary has helped us buy and sell numerous homes, and she runs a great property management service as well.
