The wait time was too long and the staff too busy to care. 1.5 hours for my appt and this has happened before. My time is as valuable as the physician.
I went to visit Dr. Lindae in March 2011. I had a 9:00am appointment. I showed up at 8:45 with all of my paperwork complete. I had 3 of my young kids with me. I waited in the waiting room until 10:00 with my 3 young kids and nothing to do. The waiting room was PACKED!! A young man, who had been there when I walked in, went up to talk to the receptionist.
